No. As listed on our sample pages, sample orders cannot be cancelled or returned, because each sample is pulled or prepared specifically to support your project decisions.
If you need a specific hardware profile, finish, or brand that is not currently listed in the Hardware Sample Shop, contact Mason’s Mill sales. We can help you source or suggest options and advise whether a sample can be provided for that product.
