Final footage on lumber and mouldings will vary due to available lengths and can affect final total. Overage of up to 5% – 10% can occur.
Requested lengths subject to availability.
Custom run profiles may require sanding prior to finishing. Custom profile sanding is available for an additional charge.
No claims will be honored on custom millwork unless stock is in original condition and parcel is intact. Mason’s Mill & Lumber will not be responsible for any labor, installation, or finishing costs.
C.O.D. orders require 50% deposit with balance due upon completion.
Prices based on above products, quantities and species. Any changes in these can affect pricing.
