Mason’s Mill & Lumber offers an extensive knife library with over 8,000 profiles, allowing us to expertly match any drawing or sample for your molding needs. All knife grinding is done in-house, ensuring precision, quality, and timely delivery.

We take pride in operating the largest and most diverse millwork facility in the Greater Houston area. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of molding solutions, including straight run, curved, and radius moldings. With decades of experience, we excel in crafting intricate specialty radius moldings tailored to architectural specifications.

Exterior Millwork and More

In addition to custom moldings, we offer specialty products such as custom butcher block countertops and stair treads. Mason’s Mill’s knowledgeable staff is available to assist you in selecting the ideal wood species and grain pattern for your project.

For custom flooring needs, we provide a variety of wood species and grades, specializing in wide and long plank flooring that is not commonly found in retail markets. We’re also able to craft flooring from salvaged and reclaimed antique woods, including old-growth oak and longleaf pine, offering limitless options to complement your project.

Interior Millwork For All Types Of Projects

Beyond interior millwork, we specialize in custom exterior cladding to enhance unique projects. Our range includes conventional T&G and shiplap patterns, as well as innovative rain-screen systems, all available in thermally modified woods, tropical hardwoods, and other durable and attractive materials.

In rustic or knotty grades of lumber, there will be a percentage of degrade during the milling process. Some knots may shake loose and/or fall out during the milling process. Mason’s Mill is not liable for these defects in mouldings produced from knotty grades of lumber.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

No claims will be honored on custom millwork unless stock is in original condition and parcel is intact. Mason’s Mill & Lumber will not be responsible for any labor, installation, or finishing costs.
