A decking sample is a physical piece of deck board—often a short length or offcut—intended to show material type, color, grain, texture, and profile. These samples represent full decking products such as Thermory® Benchmark Ash decking, Kodiak Spruce decking, Accoya® Grey decking, Kebony® deck boards, ACRE™ decking, and select hardwood options. They are not sold as usable decking lengths on their own.
No. As your current page states, decking sample orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Because samples are pulled, cut, and packed specifically to support your project decisions, all sample purchases are final.
Decking samples generally require 2–3 business days for processing before they ship, as noted in your existing messaging. If you are working on a tight project timeline, contact our sales team so we can help you plan around lead times.
Non-stock profile samples may not always be species-specific. If you need a particular species in a particular profile sample—such as a specific grooved board profile in a certain hardwood—reach out to Mason’s Mill sales for a project-specific quote and availability before placing your order.
