The result is a smooth, uniform board with a rich, even caramel-brown tone and virtually no knots or visual interruptions, making it the go-to choice for projects where a refined, architectural appearance is as important as long-term performance. Thermal modification permanently reduces the wood's ability to absorb moisture and eliminates the food source that fungi and insects rely on, delivering Class 1 rot resistance without any chemical preservatives (Thermory).
Each board is finished with Cutek Extreme Clear, a penetrating oil engineered specifically for dimensionally stabilizing exterior wood.
