Just 30 minutes from Houston lies the small coastal community of Seabrook, nestled along the shoreline of Galveston Bay. This Bayfront home features breathtaking 360 degree views of Galveston Bay and the Seabrook Estuary.

This project is a private residence designed by StudioMET Architects and constructed by Seafast Construction. It features multiple stories all oriented towards optimal views and utilization of this unique property.

Mason’s Mill collaborated with the homeowner and builder to design a custom cladding profile as well as a custom 2×2 screen profile that adds dramatic effect to the overall aesthetic of the project. Thermory ™ brand Ash hardwood was used for these applications on the entirety of the project.
