What is Thermory Clear Pine?
Thermory Clear Pine is smooth, knot-free, elegant. Each board is thermally modified at 220°C / 419°F using only heat and steam — no chemicals added. The result: Durability Class 2 (15+ years decay protection), dramatically lower moisture absorption, and superior dimensional stability compared to untreated clear pine. Material is responsibly sourced from New Zealand.
How is the finish applied?
Vivid Coastal White is mill-applied — the finish is sprayed in a controlled factory environment, not on the jobsite. Mason’s Mill also offers our own mill-applied prefinishing service for projects requiring custom or matched coatings.
