Domestically sourced and manufactured wood that is modified in a natural proceass using only heat & steam. UFP-Edge® comes with a 20 year warranty on wood, no warranty on finish. Prefinished expected life span is 5 - 7 years or longer and varies due to sun & weather exposure.
