Upcoming Change to Mason’s Mill Delivery Fees

Effective April 1, 2026

Due to continued increases in fuel and handling costs, Mason’s Mill & Lumber will implement the following delivery charges effective April 1st, 2026.

Deliveries inside of SH 99  (Grand Parkway) will incur a $25 drop fee.

Deliveries outside of SH 99, but within our normal delivery areas will incur a $35 drop fee.

Deliveries outside of our regular distribution area are subject to additional freight charges to be determined at the time of order.
