Tambour panels are solid hardwood slat panels mounted on a flexible backing, which lets a single panel wrap curves, columns, and outside corners that rigid paneling cannot reach. White River mills its tambour in Fayetteville, Arkansas from North American hardwoods and ships it unfinished, ready for any paint or stain. It is the most specified architectural wall panel in the White River catalog - used on kitchen island waterfalls, curved reception desks, cabinetry faces, and full feature walls.

Companion product: Solid Wood Paneling (SWP) is tongue-and-groove hardwood paneling, 11/16 in. thick, and every SWP profile corresponds directly to a tambour style. Run SWP on the flat walls and tambour on the curves in the same room - same profile, same species, same finish, no visible transition.
